Reeling with sweetness and pain!

One thing I don't like about later FB is the focus on childhood meetings, which is a manga standard that bugs me. It annoys me in FB especially, because I've felt like the focus was on making your own destiny, and that's being undermined some by the Yuki-and-Tohru childhood meeting and the Kyou-and-Kyoko talk, not to mention the curse's lack of power over Kureno. Now destiny is rushing onward, and our characters seem to have a lot less agency.

Ooh, but Tohru is trapped too, with her promise to herself to remember her mom. I hadn't really seen that until chapter 108. And goodness, Shigure gets creepier by the page. His harmless persona doesn't seem to be true at all. Makes a person wonder about Ayame; his opening up to Yuki does show a more melancholy side, but he steers away from details of his relationship with Cute Maid Girl in a way he probably believes is subtle.

hahahahahaha marriage sheets for Kyo and Tohru! Just how much body contact does there have to be before the curse kicks in?

Oh, I am just dying at how big they're all getting. Momiji kills me always, but tall lovely Momiji still with his rabbit backpack kills me even better. And Hiro! And Kisa! Dear maturing Yuki! (I looove Yuki with Machi.)
