rainydayelves meeting with nauseous migraine, listened to voice mail. Someone had found my driver's license. Yep, license and debit card both gone; had not remembered they were in coat pocket before slinging coat jauntily over bag's shoulder strap when I got warm from walking. Called finder back, thanked her profusely, she will have husband drop license by office sometime soonish. Called bank, canceled card, will have new one in five to seven days.
Did I need to deal with this when I am feeling ill? No, but it went quite well. Probably no one charged anything on the card between 5:30 and 10, and I have some protection on the account. However, bleh. I go to bed.
