Tiny flakes of snow blowing along, none of them even touched the ground that I saw, though one smacked into my cheek hard (like the tiny piece of solid material that it was) as I whizzed down a hill. I think I won.

Girl Scout cookies have arrived at work. So far, I have resisted the wiles of the Tagalongs and Thin Mints posing sweetly on my desk. I focus on their imperfections; one box is half a centimeter shorter than the other.

My mom got a snow day. She thinks it's state competition-assisted.

I wish it snowed more within the city limits. I'm used to way more snow in Kitsap County. Seattle has all this pavement and weird air patterns and stuff.
