To add some actual content to this post, I'm going to opine that the reason people like to take quizzes all the time is because they already know which characters they identify with and they want to see whether the quiz can tell. Witness the "who do I have to fuck to be Shadowcat?" phenomenon on those X-Men tests.

Heh. I didn't really have a character in mind when I took this quiz, and it turns out I'm Dumbledore. This pleases me a little.

Ummm, where's the box for male/female?

It tells me that I am also Hermione. Followed by Rubeus Hagrid. I'll go for Hagrid, since I happen to be male.

I am least like Severus Snape. This much is good.

If anything, I like that it didn't have a male/female selector. The characters don't come in identical personality pairs, after all.
