jinianEvery morning, I bike to work past exactly one billboard. It currently features an ad for "Everybody Loves Raymond" and "Just Shoot Me" on I think WB. Whoever designed the ad evidently saw nothing sick and wrong about changing the size of the actors' heads relative to one another, so every morning, I bike to work past the bizarrely enlarged head of David Spade.
I've never seen the other show (which feels a little weird -- it wasn't even on last time I watched TV more than very occasionally, and now it's in syndicated reruns?), so I'm not sure whether any strange embiggening has befallen the head of the other man on the billboard. He might just be naturally oversized in that department. He certainly dwarfs his female co-star.
The thing that disturbs me is that it's a perfectly good move from a design standpoint. It makes a nice suggestion of an arrow pointing to the center of the billboard, where the titles and times are. But you can't just mess with people's heads that way. It ain't right.
