I was still out of sorts on Tuesday, and something VERY FIDDLY to do held a lot of appeal, while something that prevented me doing anything useful with my hands was just fine. Manicure time!

When I found that I had two pinks and two (okay three, but I used two) yellows, all I needed was a black background to make awesome polka-dots. Well, a black background and a very careful hand with a pinhead dipped in the lighter colors. Multiple times per dot. It was a lot more fiddly than I intended, but I enjoyed it.

Getting dressed yesterday, I initially resisted the yellow flowers as too much, but then I noticed my pink scarf would echo the other dots, and I was lost. Matchy-matchinations managed!

(But whose hand is that coming in from outside the frame? It really doesn't look like the right angle to be attached to me.)

Today I found that the manicure also matches my coat.
