At 10am today I find out whether my backbreaking experiment of the last two-plus weeks has worked. There was no sign of it doing so before we left last night. I lay in bed for a while this morning giving myself a talking-to. I am good. I did my best, which is very good indeed. I learned a lot.

But I really fucking hope this works.
