jinianAfter working my tail off on my lab meeting from home all yesterday and getting up early this morning, I suppose I should have expected that the U would've changed its mind. They went from "all campuses open" at 7pm yesterday to "all campuses closed" at 12:43am. wiredferret's post about her interminable commute yesterday -- after all, we cleared our sidewalk yesterday morning and the remnants melted off nicely -- but now I'm not sure what all the Thanksgiving travelers will do. (Maybe I can get out of attending two events in one day?)

Date: 2010-11-24 10:47 pm (UTC)I ventured out around noon today and the arterials were bare and wet, and the freeway looked fine, but I'm pretty sure a lot of that is sun melt and I will not vouch for anything after sunset.
