I need a better *beady eye* icon, because I am very suspicious of this right now. Last night Wim and I went to dance class, where I (because I am dumb) attempted to spin correctly for an underarm turn on --> the ball of my right foot. Yes, the fucked up one. Something moved in a way things ought not to, and I quit that right away. It hurt a lot afterwards, like when I had first aggravated it, so I thought OH GOD NO and was really upset.

Later last night it wasn't as bad as I'd thought, but I'd been taking painkillers all afternoon so maybe it just wasn't inflamed yet. This morning my foot feels stiff but not quite painful, and I haven't had any NSAIDs since dinner; even in the past few days of much better foot, it hasn't felt this okay. Did I pop something back into place that was out? I sure hope so. Not going to do any hiking just yet, though.

Intro Ballroom. The specific turn was for swing, so a pretty fast spin rather than the procession under the lead's arm that most of the dances had used so far.

Foot still feeling pretty good!
