Clear Creek Distillery makes a Doug-fir eau de vie that could go well in a Dewtreuse. (It tastes surprisingly of pear. I don't know where that comes in.)
The state liquor store on 25th Ave NE had some. It's kind of crazy expensive ($50 / 375 ml), but 375 ml goes a long way. I have a good 200+ unsipped if you'd like to try some.
