Chiton drag racing has left its mark in one of the sea tables.

Charismatic megafauna today: three-foot harbor seal balancing horizontally on a rock out at Lime Kiln, then distant porpoise backs as we were leaving. (Photos coming.)

Can you tell me what parameter of chitonness bothers you? I figured no legs => must be okay.
