The only thing we did (apart from traveling back, which was no fun) that I haven't mentioned was decide on the superlatives of the trip:

Funniest	(Look closely at the pink one's brand.)	(This was typical parking.)

Oh, no, honey. Those are SMEG brand refrigerators.

Actually, I'm not sure which is worse.

MTOD is the Mystery Taste of Doom, which made 95% of the food in Spain inedible to my mom. Weird shit. No idea what it was.

We saw those Smeg brand appliances in Paris and laughed (much to the mystification of French passersby).

Thanks for posting the trip reports -- they were a lot of fun to read. Oh, and thanks for the postcard, too, which arrived last week!
