hey buddy, spare a camera?

My uncle in rural eastern Oregon is trying to sell cars that he works on, but it's hard to get people to come to where he is to see them and moving isn't feasible. He's interested in trying to sell them on the web, or at least giving people an idea of whether they ought to come all the way out to him, but he needs a digital camera. It doesn't have to be a great one, just something that will take decent snapshots. Does anyone have one they'd be willing to part with for $30 or so?
