On the way to a meeting last night for the Fremont Solstice Parade, I met a guy who mentioned that he was heading to Ballard to prepare for the Middle Earth Ball. I hadn't heard about it, so I thought I'd pass it on. He said probably no smoking even at the 21+, but he couldn't guarantee it, so I'll probably check out the all-ages session instead if I go. And hey, it's at that Segway building.
