My dark circles have dark circles. I slept last night, dammit. Go away.

At Fremont Ave and 35th there's a set of giant dragonfly wings attached to a utility pole. I can discern no reason for this, but it's very cool.

Also, some dinosaurs may have had four wings.

Yesterday Wim cheered me up at lunch by telling me The Tale of the Transponder Baby. I think his version was funnier. (I was, of course, completely in my right mind at the time.)

Had lunch with elynne today. ( Yum. )

On our way there, I was distracted by a man in what could have been imitation Cossack military dress. Basically there was an enormous fur hat walking down the street. Later, we decided that it was his Head of Bitterness, like foam on beer only more goth. (After realizing the comparison to Heart of Darkness, we also postulated an Ass of Complacency.)
