Are you referring to the almost synthetic female voice? Or the demanding signs we post next to them? Or the tendency for the doors to open just long enough for one to get caught in them?
Which is an excellent Shibboleth: I think she sounds quite alluring, as if saying "Third ... floor and then there will be sexy fun times in the space before the fourth floor." Makes me blush 0_o
