It's amazing just how much better I feel after smacking the cramps with a couple of naproxen sodiums. Still hot, still achey, still a bit on the grumpy side, but not nearly so drained and pained.


Also:
Still rode over pieces of beer bottle on the way in (no ill effects immediately evident)
Still big signs that are hard to avoid on the sidewalk (the road is NOT safe and the parking lots are impassable for the same reason the signs are there)
Still found a dead cat (didn't suffer, though, trust me) on the way to work and had to pick it up to get it out of the street
Still had five trouble tickets today (one from a very prominent client, one from a very annoying one)

when you get home, have a cat sit on you. that might help.
