I'm not impressed with the new cure for the common cold, but the last sentence of the article could be very important.
I think I want the DOS error shirt.
In a few days (maybe less if your To Read pile is smaller than mine) it'll be time to vote for your favorite SF books of 2001. I suppose it's necessary for them to limit voting to books that came out in 2001, but I'd like to be able to vote for books in past years, too, because I don't always buy things new. Maybe they could have the original winners and then adjusted stats on votes that have come in since then.

mactavish, for pointing me to "Why grammar is the first casualty of war". Not only does it hit on one of my fetishes, it even agrees with me in other ways.
