sleep doom update
Mar. 10th, 2010 11:12 amCalled GP's office only to find that he is on vacation all week. Oh no! Apparently, though, he usually calls in in the late afternoons, so I have explained things to the nice receptionist and she'll check with him. Even for a weird might-not-be-a-side-effect thing he'll likely be willing to let me try Zyrtec or something.
For today, still a sleepless wreck. I skipped the fexo and took some diphenhydramine instead (people take double antihistamines all the time and the main side effect seems to be drowsy [yes please!] incompetence [no change]) and tried to sleep for a couple of hours. Not sure it was ever really sleep, but I felt a lot more relaxed, time passed a little more quickly than I'd have thought, and lying warm with purring cats is good. Will attempt to proceed with life like normal person today.
