Trilobites are becoming extinct before my eyes. Once so numerous they covered the cookie sheets, their population is reduced to a few degenerate forms on a salad plate. Their long persistence in the face of ravenous predators shows the advantages of their body plan; few other organisms have persisted so long.

Are these survivors of the Great Extinction Event of Last Weekend? Or is this a new generation, recently emerged from the primordial ooze waters dough?

Also, I saw you at the bus stop! on um Ravenna? and um 52nd-ish. You were reading a book. I poined and squealed, and Sarah squeaked, but she wouldn't let me pull over and pick you up :( - mostly because we were Running Errands and, as usual, were Already Late. Still, meh, and hi! or something.
