Seattle rainfall so far for November: 2.55 inches

Seattle rainfall for all of October: 2.88 inches

I wondered, "inches per what?" and found it's apparently cubic inches per square inch, which makes sense. Anyway, lots and lots of rain. Buckets are filling up and nowhere is dry enough to want them dumped out there. I saw dry surfaces briefly on Friday, but otherwise all is thoroughly wet if not actually flowing.

Perhaps this is why the ceiling leak has returned to my living room ahead of schedule this year.

(On the plus side, this may give me a way to get out of my lease.)
