Three pills on three days for a full course of treatment is weird

At the Reproductive Health Clinic(TM), I got to mix up nasty "banana flavored" Azithromycin drinks as chlamydia treatment. It was an open question whether folks objected more to the nasty taste or the week of prescribed abstinence that comprised the second part of the treatment.
