gadget!

Up way too early, fixing a bra (so I can wear a geeky t-shirt and not disappoint my confocal guy), I have my first excuse to use the Fiskars Cuts+More scissors. Only that relatively typical scissors part of them, though. I got them because I wanted a sharpener, but will that really work if they are plated with titanium?

week is almost over

Signs of high stress:
1. 34 books checked out from the library, plus some purchased and unread
2. Constantly tired
3. Can't sleep
4. Bad eating habits (alleviated by highly civilized dinner with grad J. last night)
5. Three new nail polishes

Things that help:
1. The confocal guy I like is FIXING ALL
2. Hiring assistants today so no more interviews, though training looms
3. Green tea mochi with peanut butter filling
4. PONIES
5. Posting, apparently
