ridiculous day

beaq encounter, but today things are all in a mess. Eating cookies is not a productive response, but there's nothing else to do while waiting for the microscope guy, who's 45 minutes late already. And now I'm supposed to LOOK BUSY at 2:30 in the lab so we can impress upon the department our need for more space. The problem is, I can't start any goddamn experiments today! I have no time!
