But at least it's stormy. All the gray had washed off the dusty millers at the Safeco building when I went past, and the wind is whistling around outside the office. The sailboats are rocking at their moorings, but they are promiscuous about that; it's not a sign of anything but a tinge of wind. There's enough rain on my big window that it's only got drops at the edges, and everything seen through the middle is distorted with the cold rain as if with a heat haze.
Someone has taken one of my baby jade plants. That is what they're for, but I'd rather they were adopted while I was here. I hope they will be very happy together.
