Gack. Cats peed on my t-shirt and I didn't notice until it was too late to change.

How the hell did they get up into the top part of the closet to pee on my shirt, dammit? It was obvious enough that I wouldn't have put it away if it had been there when I folded the shirt.

At least I'm wearing a sweater today so I was able to ditch the t-shirt.
It's wet, it's wet, it's wet!

I truly adore this building (though I frequently wish I were the only one in it), and one of the reasons is that we have metal roofs and I can hear the rain drumming, tapping, and running anytime it's above the barest sprinkle's worth. We had hail once earlier in the year, which was even better. I can hear all the weather from here and look out toward home or downtown to see the mist and rainbows. The boats rock in the wind at the dock and lean waaay over out in the lake.

I was here when we had our thunderstorm for the year -- well, actually, I was trying to get home from here, which was slightly more drenching than being at my desk would have been. That was gorgeous too.

I love weather. I'm not so much looking forward to being cold and getting my butt all wet when I ride my bike to the bus stop, and I have a feeling I'll be called to make the terrible decision of putting my cat-piss t-shirt back on when I want to go home, lest I freeze to death, but I love the rain despite all that.
I may have just sold the blue-beaded memory wire bracelet some of you may have seen me making in the AP7 craft room. I have all these visions of making piles of money from selling jewelry in my workplace! What will really happen is what always happens, of course: I sell a piece or two and then nobody else is interested. Oh, well. I may get ten bucks out of it.

Also got to show off my botanical prowess, such as it is, by identifying flowers in an arrangement, and save someone from deleting sulfnbk.exe. Why can't I get paid for doing the things I really do during my day? I like this stuff; calling customers is much less fun.
