Grey and grey and grey, and soft like loose merino wool. As if the world were only so big. Birds and migraine-sparks flashing around, one crow with a clean silhouette flying to the top of the building. A brownish cloud boils up from a passing truck.

I like reading what you write. Have I mentioned that lately? Probably not. But it's true.

And I've seen your city looking like that. Might have been a different crow, though.

No, and thank you. The threshold to writing them gets lower as people say they like to read, which is neat.

Could be another crow, yep. They're all flapping strongly and getting places today. It's still but it looks like the air is nice and thick.
