Yep, that was smog yesterday morning. Apparently today the air is "unsafe for sensitive groups" in Everett and Tacoma.

If they'd started building the monorail when we said we wanted to build it, it'd be half done by now.

Yeah, the forecast discussions (http://iwin.nws.noaa.gov/iwin/wa/discussion.html) have had a lot of nattering about stagnant air conditions. :P Dammit, I want snow, or at least rain, not a big stagnant air mass hovering above us. Stupid weather.

And yeah! Monorail! Dammit! ;]
