hey, that's a whole hell of a lot of dye

The Dharma order just got here. Woooowww. I think getting the fabric sampler may have been a mistake... I want to order some of the silk/hemp right now. And the flannel with nap on both sides is incredibly nice. Eight ounces of dye is a big jar, but I'm sure I really will use that much Better Black eventually. And I have silk draped all over my office door -- one free habotai scarf and four yards of chiffon. Yum.

So, who has clothes that I can make purple, dark blue, black, or red? And le_merle, can I borrow a bucket or two?

I've got one called "sunrise red" that's sort of light with pinkish tones, and there's also burgundy. We could mix them and see what happens.

I have several Amazon t-shirts that I've been wanting/needing to dye black for a while now. :) And I have a couple of other shirts that I'd wear more often if they were darker... so yeah! Yay Kylee! :D

The Better Black disappears a lot more quickly than the other dyes since so much of it is required.
