It's a book! And because I was sick today I was at home to intercept my book shipment from Powell's, which they foolishly sent UPS. The alternate versions to rhymes I do know are fun to read, and I gloated some over having the most complete version of "Miss Suzy" out of the ones listed. Then there are the ones I've never heard before.

A boy's occupation
Is to stick his preparation
Into a girl's separation
To increase the population
Of the younger generation
Do you want a demonstration?

I thought that was pretty funny, until I turned the page and compared it to the version in which "The boy's preoccupation/Is to put his boneration," at which point I simply lost it. Okay, I am sick and loopy, but that's not a word! I am having way too much fun with this book.
