Well, crap. I've done it again. Accidentally purchased high-quality white albacore in a can when I wanted canned tuna, that is. Albacore is all very well, but sometimes what one wants isn't tuna meat. It's the particular gestalt of more water in the can than fish, pink and even grayish flesh, and finely shredded consistency that will spread onto a piece of bread. Whether your thing is tuna salad or tuna melts, it is an unavoidable fact that the crap tuna is what sits on a sandwich best.

But no, what I have is the glass of fine wine when I wanted suicide-soda from Burger King, and it keeps falling off my bread.
