I should write down what my migraines are like. Yesterday must have been ramping up to this afternoon. This actually hurts, and usually I just feel insulated and oogy.

I really, really hope that acupuncture on Tuesday makes this happen less.

acupucnture helps me but now that I have two different drugs I'm not so careful in the trigger department (and I'd get them even if I never did another trigger again, mine aren't one-to-one or anything)

I hope it works for you. I know a couple of people who did acupuncture specifically for migraines and it really helped them.
