gaudior, and didn't tell the missionary who tried to talk to me just afterward why I was so happy, because I am nice a little misanthropic and intensely private. Being a worldview bomb is fun even when I remain unexploded.
4. I called the GI specialist and made an appointment! Praise me please. :)
5. Dinner with M-pig! Laid waste to her composure with what was basically a dick joke. Ate tasty food in a comforting location. Bought adorable cat-sugar-skull hoodie.
The dick joke: I was assigned a skeevy temp advisor at Mt Holyoke when I was 17. I say skeevy because he had an erection in a roomful of young girls and did nothing to hide or minimize it. I was creeped out and it affected my ability to ask for help when I was sick. So tonight I suggested I could return to MHC someday as a professor, and M-pig said I should kick that guy in the balls, which hadn't occurred to me. I said it was twenty years ago and maybe he can't even get erections any more. She had to put her head down for a while.
