"sex-based cults centered around the use of Plan B."

I think people should be required to take Plan B a few times before they get to spout off about how likely it is that people will use it as Plan A (from [livejournal.com profile] supergee). It's highly unpleasant, and no one is going to take it when they have other options. Antiemetics are routinely given with it, and this is the new, nicer formula. The second time I took it (of two) I had an incredibly awful mood crash. Teenagers are more robust than I am, but it's still not going to be fun for them. Sheesh.

I wish someone had given me an anti-emetic when I took it. I spent the entire day throwing up.

Anyway, I don't see why Plan B would encourage "sex-based cults" more than, oh, the Pill, for instance.

Jeez, no kidding. I felt like I'd been kicked in the stomach by a mule. And that was one of the easier reactions to the stuff. Highly, highly unpleasant.

It's a kink thing.

Dangerous precedent. It could lead to questioning the wisdom of men who think abortion should be illegal because they're sure they'd never have one.
