Scrupulously eating the last microliters of lemon curd out of the jar is symptomatic of neither an eating disorder nor an obsessive-compulsive disorder. It is a sign of moral rectitude.

(Less virtuous is the way that, in working on my entomology paper today, I've gotten an awful lot of housework done.)
