W00t on the grantwriting! I did a bunch of editing on grants while at the Institute, and, while I now know more about their working parts, grantwriting is still not a skill I desire -- though I value it in folks who are good at it. And yay for more progressive phrasing! I think my crowning glories of progressive writing for training doc were changing "Eskimos" to the correct native terminology for the region referred to, which I no longer recall, and removing some obnoxious casual racism from a healthcare system demo.
